Orange Entertainment B.V. is our data controller. We handle personal information under Curaçao data protection law and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation.

Account information

When you register, we ask for your name, birth date, where you live, email address and mobile number. You also choose a username and password. We may request identity documents at any stage, and account access can remain suspended while we wait for those documents and verify them.

Marketing preferences

Each marketing communication includes a way to stop receiving messages of that type. Processing an opt-out can take as long as 48 hours.

Calls to support

We may record calls with our customer support team. Recordings help us train staff, protect security and resolve questions about the service you receive.
