Responsible gambling
Your account controls
You can use a cooling-off break, self-exclusion or a deposit limit to restrict your gambling with us. These measures do not give us a reason to hold up a legitimate withdrawal.
A temporary break
Choose a break of 24 hours, seven days, one month or three months through your account. Once you confirm it, restrictions on gambling and new deposits begin straight away. Your account stays open for withdrawals, but we do not offer bonuses during the break.
You can turn off marketing when you activate the break. Access returns automatically after the chosen period. For breaks of one or three months, we may also ask for confirmation online.
Self-exclusion
The available periods are one, three, five or ten years, or lifetime exclusion. Confirmation immediately closes your account, blocks login and stops marketing. You cannot shorten the period or reverse the exclusion while it is active.
The restriction extends to every product and brand covered by the same licence. You must not open another account to get around it. Available funds can still be withdrawn under the applicable withdrawal rules. After a fixed period ends, you must ask in writing to reopen the account.
Deposit ceilings
Email [email protected] to set a ceiling for daily, weekly or monthly deposits. Once you reach it, you cannot deposit again until that period resets. Reductions apply immediately. Increases require a wait of 24 hours.
A new limit covers deposits made after it takes effect and does not cancel bets already placed. We send confirmation when we set or change a limit.
Requests by email
If you have not activated a restriction through your account tools, submit your request by email. Include the duration you want and your preference for marketing messages.
Independent support
GambleAware, ChapterOne and Gambling Therapy offer help with gambling-related harm. Gambling Therapy is a Gordon Moody service offering practical advice and emotional support. You can also use the [Gamblers Anonymous self-assessment](https://gamblersanonymous.org/20-questions/) to reflect on your gambling.
Protecting minors
You must be at least 18 to play, or meet a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We may ask for proof of age. Contact our responsible gaming team if you suspect a minor has access to a gambling account.
